I’m sure the chef doesn’t need another five star review judging by the already high score he got here. I just wanna shout out to the fellow gourmands to dine there asap before the chef win a Michelin star and raise the price! I was truly impressed by the asparagus desert I had today, a symphonic explosion of clean, precise, balanced tastes. A dish speaks for the chef, non-pretentious yet passionate and talented, I bet 5 bucks he couldn’t care less about fame and money, someone just simply enjoys cooking and creating, and wanna make his dinners happy!
My new favourite restaurant. The food was absolutely outstanding. I would travel to Toulouse again just to revisit this restaurant!
A group of 8 of us found this restaurant last year and had the most amazing and delicious experience! The ambience is sweet and simple, the staff is AWESOME and the food is beyond creative, it is truly incredible! I came to this area solo last night (a year later) and had an equally amazing experience (I just missed my friends). Thank you so much! We will be back every single time we’re in this part of France!
